Interior Frames Model 106A & 102F

Standard Features of the 106A Frame
  • Heavy duty aluminum extrusions
  • 1/4" channel allows for poster board insert up to 1/8" thick
  • Drain holes in bottom runner
  • Sharp edges rounded for safety
  • Mounting holes located and type A self-drilling sheet metal screws supplied
  • 11 gauge steel plated corners supplied for stability
  • Natural anodized finish standard - other custom finishes including powder coat available upon request

End Load Model: As with all end load frames, either end piece is removable to change the advertising message. This is accomplished by using machine screw/captive washer assembly 1060/1061. The retainer washer is designed to hold the machine screw in place and eliminate lost parts. Popular card sizes using the end load feature include Kings (30" x 144"), Queens (30" x 88") and rears (21" x 70" or 72"). Special sizes are available upon request. For end load frames, it is desirable to locate the frame approximately 1/2 inch from the skin of the coach to allow easy loading. This is done by installing the #1064 aluminum spacers. Please note that on end load frames, sign corners must be cut at a 45º angle approximately 1 inch from the corner in order to clear the corner screw assembly.

Bottom Load Model: The bottom rail is designed with cutouts at each bottom corner to allow the sign to slide up into the frame, and then drop into place. The standard size for most bottom load frames is 21" x 44". When used on a 21" x 72" rear frames, extra cutouts are provided for easy loading. Special sizes are available upon request.

Cineramic Frames: Located overhead where the wall makes contact with the ceiling, these units are as popular today as when we originated them over 20 years ago. Supplied with an .025" aluminum backing sheet, these bottom loaded frames feature a contour which conforms with the curvature of the wall and ceiling. Special "J-Hooks" and mounting brackets available upon request.

The 102F has a 3/16" channel and is lighter in weight than the 106A or 103A. It can be used as an exterior frame (primarily traveling display) where price is a consideration. 15 gauge steel corners are permanently staked into place for stability.

Note: The only difference between the 103A and the 106A is the thickness of the poster board used. The 103A has a 3/8" channel to accommodate 1/4" poster board and the 106A has a 1/4" channel to accommodate 1/8" poster board.
